Nolan's Birthday Party

We had Nolan's birthday party at a community center by our house. We were hoping for nice weather so the kids could play outside on the playground, but it ended pouring rain all day. We still had an amazing time with our family and closest friends. The birthday party was a giraffe theme. When Nolan was about 6 months old we bought a giraffe picture at the Christmas Tree Shops and hung it in his nursery. Ever since that day he smiles and laughs every time he sees the picture so we knew we had to have a giraffe birthday party!
I'm here for the party guys!

Happy Birthday Nolan!

On April 16th, Nolan turned 1! We cannot believe a year has passed since our little peanut was born. It has been such a fun year and this age is the best because he is running around and having so much fun. For his birthday we decided to head down to Mystic, CT and go to the aquarium and then we walked around down by the water. Nolan had his first taste of ice cream for dessert and we had such a fun day! Here were Nolan's stats from his 1-year appointment: 20 lbs 6.5 oz (25%), 30 inches tall (50%), with a head size of 48 cm (80%0yikes!).
