Christmas Day

Unfortunately, we do not have many pictures from Christmas Day. Nolan woke up for the second day in a row with his eyes crusted shut. He opened some gifts and then we decided to take him to the doctor. We found out he had pink eye- not exactly what he wanted from Santa. We got him some eye drops and headed to Long Island. Nolan still had a good time and got spoiled!

Christmas Eve

Christmas was a little more exciting this year as Nolan could understand a tiny bit of what was going on. Unfortunately, he was a little under the weather again and Christmas morning we would find out why. We spend Christmas Eve with my family and a nice time.

Yankee Candle

We like to head up to Yankee Candle Company each year before Christmas and pick out new ornaments for the year. We like to get one of our whole family and one for Nolan. This year we didn't make it up there until the Saturday before Christmas and Nolan was a bit sick so we almost ended up not going. We headed up there in the evening which turned out perfect because it was not busy at all!

NYC

We always try and get to NYC to see the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. This year we met some of our good friends down there to see the tree and have some lunch. Nolan was a bit cranky this day because he missed his nap but he still enjoyed seeing the tree. That morning we went to a Pancake Breakfast in our town where the kids could take a picture with Santa. We tried many times to get a good picture of Nolan and Santa but he did not want any part of it this year!

Chopping down our Christmas tree!

We always like to head out in the beginning of December and chop down our Christmas tree. Nolan had a great time and helped us pick out the perfect tree.
