We came home from the hospital 48 hours after Nolan was born. We were concerned with how our furbaby, Nathan, would react to this new person coming into his life. For a year and a half, Nathan was the center of attention and he ruled the roost. He could definitely sense something was going on throughout my pregnancy, but I dont really think he understand what was coming. Ryan brought home a hat Nolan had been wearing in the hospital so Nathan could smell it and get used to it. Luckily, we had nothing to worry about. Nathan was very curious when Nolan came home, sniffing him and trying to figure out if this new person was here permanently or just visiting. They took to each other right away, and now Nathan comes running whenever he hears Nolan start crying and they often take naps snuggled up next to each other.
